What’s The Difference Between Repair And Tune Up?

Does your system need a repair or tune up?

It may need both – because one can prevent the other!

Having regular maintenance on your system through an annual tune-up is necessary to avoid potential costly repairs.

In order for one of our technicians to perform an AC or Furnace Tune Up, the system must be fully operational. Our system Tri-JUVenation is especially important  because it’s more than just a tune-up. It revitalizes your home comfort system and keeps it running as close to factory fresh as possible. It’s also guaranteed three-ways. Even ENERGY STAR recommends regular maintenance!

If your system is malfunctioning in any way, you’ll need to schedule a Service Appointment for an HVAC repair. One of our technicians will arrive on time and do a complete system evaluation, meaning they will thoroughly check and test all of the components of the system. Our evaluations are a flat rate of $89, no matter how long it takes. And Comfort Club members receive a discounted rate of $69. As a result, once the source of the problem is pinpointed, you will receive those details along with options for repair, therefore avoiding any confusion. Plus you’ll approve the cost of any repairs before they are completed based on our StraightForward Pricing® Guide.

In conclusion, our goal is to keep your home comfort system running smoothly – whether you need a repair or tune up. We are ready to roll 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for all of your home comfort needs. And if you’re a Comfort Club member, you’ll automatically move to the front of the line. Have questions?
