One Hour Earns President’s Award for Third Year in a Row
In April 2016, we earned the President’s Award from our parent company, Direct Energy®. This award (pictured on the left, photo by Monica Yadav) is the company’s top honor given to its home services brands. To earn this distinction, a team must have a superior customer service score and show significant growth and success.
For almost 40 years, we have been putting our customers first. When people want quality, professional and trusted service, they call us! This is the third year in a row that we have earned this award. Only one other company in North America has been able to achieve this.
