Great news for those sheltered in place during the coronavirus outbreak.
The Department of Homeland Security has identified home service providers as “critical to the infrastructure” of our community, and therefore, are permitted to work during these times as “essential businesses.”
In these unprecedented times, we remain grateful that the community knows they can trust our team in their homes. Our trade is a necessity when it comes to ensuring your comfort, safety and maintaining indoor air quality throughout homes and businesses in the Hampton Roads area.
We are taking all necessary health and safety precautions when it comes to our teammates and customers. Training meetings have been cancelled indefinitely, pertinent communication is being done virtually, and the number of teammates allowed in the warehouse at one time is severely limited. Recommendations from Governor Northam and CDC.org are also being followed, including social distancing by staying over six feet away from one another.
We are prepared to respond when your heating and cooling equipment fails by repairing or replacing it as quickly as possible and by proactively maintaining equipment to prevent larger problems throughout these uncertain times.
