DE President’s Club Award

Direct Energy®, along with Clockwork, Inc., (Clockwork) honored Todd Kletz of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning® (One Hour) with its annual President’s Club Award during Clockwork’s National Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana this past week.

A multiple time President’s Club Award winner, Todd Kletz is the owner of the One Hour serving the Virginia Beach area, a member of Direct Energy’s home services company, the Clockwork, Inc. family of brands for the past fifteen years. This coming September marks the 40-year anniversary of the businesses original founding.

The President’s Club Award is the company’s top honor. To achieve this distinction businesses must have a superior customer service score and show significant growth and success.

“To become a member of the distinguished President’s Club you need to show double digit growth, double digit profit margins, and have a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70 or above. Our 2018 President’s Club is made up of franchisees that have accomplished all three of these goals,” said, Mark Baker, Sr. Vice President, Field Operations, North America Home. “I’m proud of what Todd Kletz and his team have accomplished.”

“My wife of 42 years, Susan, and I moved to Virginia Beach in September 1979 to start our business. It has been the greatest pleasure of my career working side by side with them and allowing them to slowly take the reins. We are poised to continue to grow under the leadership of our next generation!”
