That’s why we guarantee our installation date. If we change the date scheduled for your installation – for any reason at all, we’ll give you a $500 credit toward your new system.
- Two-Year Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with the performance, craftsmanship, or materials provided for your home comfort system (or component) within two years from the date of your agreement, we will make any and all modifications (including replacement of your system if necessary) to meet your satisfaction.

Our technicians wear yellow shoe covers in your home and leave it as neat and clean as they found it. We don’t curse, swear or use tobacco on your property. If you ever feel like we’ve disrespected you or your home during your heating or air conditioning installation, we’ll pay you $500, no questions asked.

During the Parts and Labor warranty period, if your HVAC system breaks down for any reason, we will have heating or cooling in your home within 24 hours or we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience and frustration.
