Chandler's team arrived on time and performed a 71 item maintenance inspection checklist. This included at no additional cost, removing guards and debris, checking the electronics and detergent washing and reassembling the outdoor unit. The inside unit received the same meticulous observation and care. Very courteous and always compulsively putting on shoe covers when coming inside. Part of the inspection included checking thermostat and unit's overall function and was all returned it's original settings when complete.
