Read MoreI took advantage of the $49 A/C Refurbish from One Hour Heating and Cooling. I got exactly what I paid for: a $49 deal. Personally, I could have sprayed my outdoor unit with solution and washed away dirt myself. The technician was knowledgeable, but felt the main purpose was to entice further overpriced services. To me, a refurbishing seemingly means cleaning, RIGHT? Well, the technician did not clean the coils to the unit located in my attic. Instead he claimed it needs cleaning and suggested “I use a toothbrush to clean it off”. So, for $49 dollars I received solution to clean off my outdoor unit and and recommendations on how to clean the rest while trying to up-sale his services. He continually pointed at dirty components claiming his outlandish price to clean the filth. Suggestively, ONE HOUR needs to advertise exactly what this service renders. I should have known that price was too good to be true.

A service manager conducted a follow up call regarding my $49 service. A new appointment was generated and another technician completed the service to satisfaction. I praise One Hour for displaying care for their service and change my rating from a 3 star to a 4 star service. They truly care for rendered service and their customers. Read Less

We had a complicated issue two months ago and the technicians kept coming back (sometimes at 11:00 at night) until the situation was resolved. This past Saturday, our AC stopped working (just when it was getting nice and warm in the afternoon). We called One Hour on Sunday and they sent someone out within an hour. Nate was so professional and was able to determine the issue (an expensive one). He had John come out a little while later in the evening to verify that the compressor had gone bad on our heat pump. Michael came out on Monday evening, took measurements of the space and determined the best options for us. Taking into consideration our needs and wants, he gave us several choices of replacement. We had replaced the furnace recently, so he did not attempt to up sell us on full replacement, just what we needed. We will have the unit replaced today and cannot be more pleased with the price and efficiency. My husband is in treatment for stage IV colon cancer and needs to have comfortable temperatures in the house. We were pleased with the level of professionalism from all of the technicians and representatives. They really made what could have been a difficult situation very easy for us.

I had a consultant out yesterday, Gary Whitehurst, who was extremely professional, in every sense of the word. He went above and beyond my expectations by explaining everything in detail. He was also polite, respectful, and we never felt rushed during our time with him. After Gary did his measurements on our house, he actually stated that we had too small of a unit for the size of our house. After an extensive explanation and finding out what our family's needs were, he priced a new A/C and furnace for us and their FULL air quality system for a low price and a monthly payment that we are comfortable making. I've been using them for about a year now. Same tech comes to clean my heater and AC. They keep me informed as to why they recommend things, not just try to sell them to me. And I don't feel any high-pressure sales tactics. Genuinely a good company to deal with.

I have used them for the last 4 years and have also had my whole unit replaced. They have been through, professional and reliable every time. all the technicians that have come to my house were friendly and knowledgeable.

They called to confirm a day early, but also had an opening right away. So Rashawn came on over. Did the full inspection with written evaluation and verbal description so we're informed. Good work, and the $49 special made it that much better!

I separately asked him to check my auxiliary heat, and even though the thermostat showed it was working he fully checked the system and found a wiring problem that had apparently been there for years. Easy fix, but to take the time to check it simply because the customer asked is unheard of these days, especially considering all signs showed there was no problem.
