Service Manager of the Year

Our Service Manager, Eric Bridgeman, is the 2018 recipient of the Service Manager of the Year. The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), a national trade association, selected Eric from over 200 nominations throughout the country.

With more than 40 years of experience, Eric has influenced thousands of technicians and helped hundreds of thousands of homeowners. He is a wealth of knowledge, has a consistently caring demeanor, and the patience of a saint.

“No one is more deserving of this honor,” said Todd Kletz, owner and general manager. “Eric has been an integral part of our growing business for the past 15 years and I couldn’t be more proud.”

The Service Manager of the Year Award recognizes a leader in the heating and air conditioning industry who goes above and beyond the normal scope of their job. Eric stands out because of his unwavering commitment to the industry, his company, and the Hampton Roads community.
