From the repair person to the seller and installers, their performance was exceptional. I contacted them on a Wednesday regarding a broken heater and the potential for a replacement. They fixed the heater the same day, and by Saturday afternoon, they installed a whole system; everything was completed seamlessly! The upgrade was necessary, and they left everything super clean!! I am beyond thrilled; I wish I had discovered them sooner. What truly stood out was their utmost respect for me, my kids, and my puppy – a definite added bonus that made the entire experience a 200% plus for me.

Our experience with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was absolutely wonderful. The employees were very nice, polite and explained everything perfectly. They also stayed until the job was done. My husband and I are extremely pleased with their work, attitude, ethics and politeness. I would highly recommend this company.

Had to leave another review for this company. They sent a technician to change my Moms filters, (she’s 81) he was so kind to her, not only did he change her filter but he went to Lowe’s to get her the correct size! Mom had inadvertently purchased the wrong size so rather than rescheduling he quickly took matters in his own hands and jumped into action!!

I can’t say enough about how incredibly professional and customer service focused everyone who works here is. Each person I’ve dealt with, over multiple departments, is not only doing their job to the very highest level, they are taking compassion and kindness to the highest level!

I have been using One Hour Heating and Air conditioning for approximately 10 years. They have provided my annual inspections keeping my heat and air running smoothly. They are excellent in explaining any issues. Two years ago, I purchased a new heating and air system from One Hour and have been very pleased. Works great!

This being my first experience with the company, I was really impressed with the tech that was sent out. He was very professional and friendly. Now-a-days that those are qualities that are harder and harder to come by. He explained every step that he took, answered every question I had and even offered explanations on things he thought I might need to know but hadn’t asked. All in all the service was very informative and pleasant and if the other techs are half as professional then dealing with this company should go quite well.

This was a level of comfort for me today with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. The rep was very professional and honest with the needs for our home systems. The rep fixed the problems quickly and then took the time to explain everything to us. We are a very happy family with working equipment for our home. Thanks for providing the peace we needed with our units. I signed up for the maintenance plans and I am completely satisfied because they helped me once again in another home for my family.

They came in, evaluated my 15 years old system, set up consultation and gave me a competitive offer. All done on time and over the weekend. The sales rep was a blast, even though my wife gave him a pretty hard time with all her questions. The job was done right, the crew was punctual and cleaned up after themselves. City inspector did not have much to pick on afterwards. Job well done.

Not only that, but they fixed my heating capacitor the same day. Fast and professional, I am going to be using them for all my properties in the Hampton Roads community.
