Trey did a good job explaining the options and what would be needed to give me the best system for my home. Adrian and Lance arrived at 8:30 and worked quickly taking out the old system and installing the new one. They are highly competent and professional. They answered my many questions with detail and patience. Tyler, the project manager spent several hours on site and like Trey, Adrian and Lance was highly competent and professional. Dalton, the electrician was highly competent and professional as well. He had a challenging job as it was very difficult running a line from the air circulation system in the attic to the electrical panel box. The last day he was here Dalton had to work around roof installers but successfully completed the job. I highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for your heating and cooling needs. They are excellent in explaining any issues. Two years ago, I purchased a new heating and air system from One Hour and have been very pleased. Works great!
The technician, S. Hamon, recently did a great annual inspection. Also, he is very knowledgeable in his job.
If you need a new heat or air unit, maintenance, or a problem, call One Hour. They are reliable and will be there as soon as possible or earlier if there is a cancellation or they finish the last job earlier. They always call letting you know the technician is on his way. Read Less

Read MoreAndrew Sabatino- 3/29/24 - Arrived promptly on time for scheduled PM, although no prior notification as promised was received from his office.He inquired whether we had any problems with the HVAC that would require immediate attention. We informed Andrew that water would not be available outdoors for PM on the Compressor unit. This is due to Quest pipe failure to the only outdoor spigot (not used) and new replacement well pump motor pending installation. Andrew had taken the complete metal framing that surrounds the compressor coil and compressor fan off the unit. He had then vacuumed the unit and restored everything back to normal. I was quite impressed with his own personal collection of professional tools used to simplify tasks in getting a job done. He also took the time to retighten loose lug nuts and recrimped lugs assuring tightness of connections. The control box Located on the outside of the Evaporator unit has for the longest time been a jumble of wires uncovered with the cover lid on the floor (neglect from ???). Andrew took it upon himself and restored it to its original state.I feel that Andrew was very much concerned of the customers needs and no pressure to purchase anything new. Andrew is very professional and knowledgeable of HVAC and very supportive to One Hour HVAC and it was joyful having him here today. Read Less

He then made appropriate recommendations for continued operations without any type of overbearing sales tactics. He was a good represent representative for the company.
